I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly.  I’m a counsellor in the final stages of my training with experience of working in agency settings, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and trauma.

My approach is person-centred, meaning my role is not to “fix” you, but rather to work together to explore difficulties and to support you move forward. I also work flexibly and can draw on other psychotherapeutic or creative approaches where helpful.

• Location: Private practice rooms in central Bath.
• Fee: £30 per 50-minute session (Reduced trainee rate).
• Weekly sessions; short-term or open-ended.
• Availability: Weekday afternoons and evenings.
