I believe in creating an environment in which a relationship can be built, allowing opportunities for personal growth. Through dialogue, the psychotherapeutic relationship helps us understand why life is experienced the way it is, and how to affect positive change.
 

I have been working with clients since 2016 in different settings, now with a focus on my private practice in central Bristol where I offer one to one counselling and psychotherapy. I am fully insured, and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, with an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
