Hello I’m Cal, a psychotherapist in training offering low-cost therapy in Bath.

You may be dealing with anxiety, low-mood, or just feeling things are not as they should be. You may be used to dealing with things on your own, or feel unsure how to even begin putting things into words. Therapy can be a place to slow things down and start making sense of what’s going on underneath. I offer a supporting space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, and where you can be heard.

My approach

I bring a gentle compassion to my work alongside honesty and curiosity . I support my clients to overcome the obstacles they face at their own pace.

I offer a understanding and accepting attitude to help you discover and express your true-self, while fostering an authentic relationship. Each relationship is unique, shaped by what you need and who you are. it’s a collaborative experience, a journey we take together focusing on what is meaningful to you.

My experience 

I’m in my third year of training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I attend regular supervision to ensure safe and ethical practice.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience supporting people across a wide range of issues through my placement at a counselling charity.

What I Offer

I provide weekly one to one psychotherapy for adults in a confidential space.

Sessions are 50 minutes and I offer both short term and open ended Therapy according to your need.
