Bath and Southwest Bath Psychotherapy & Supervision

I provide one-to-one psychotherapy to help people with their day to day problems which may include: 

• Communication issues in daily life; like at work, in relationships or with family members etc 
• Life changes; moving house, leaving home etc 
• Unwanted feelings such as low mood, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem etc 

How I work: 

• I offer a weekly session of 50 minutes in a quiet and peaceful room in the south of Bath. I also work from the centre of Bath.
• Sessions can continue weekly long term  

I will work with you in partnership to talk about the things that may be bothering you. This may help you get in touch with some of the thoughts and emotions which may be difficult to experience. The process of working together can provide relief and support when pressures build and life feels unmanageable.
