Low-cost in-person psychotherapy in central Bath.

I am a psychotherapist-in-training.  My aim is to offer you a safe space where you are deeply seen and heard and together we can explore the areas of your life that are troubling you.  Whilst you can’t change your past experiences, you can change your relationship to them and how you feel and relate to yourself and others here and now.  

In our busy lives it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves and what matters most to us.  Psychotherapy can give you an opportunity to pause the noise and create space to connect more consciously with your inner life.  This can help gain insight into your patterns of behaviour and enable you to live your life more fully and authentically.  

I have experience in the field of co-dependency.   My previous careers were in fashion and drama.
