I’m a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist-in-training. I offer reduced cost psychotherapy for adults in Bradford-on-Avon and central Bath.
These are some examples of the issues I can support you with:
Some of the work we might do together includes:
How therapy unfolds will be unique to you and your needs, and to the relationship that develops between us. Therapy can be serious work but there are often moments of humour too. And, if it feels right to you, we might use play and creativity as part of the therapeutic process.
I typically work with clients long term and believe that it is in this work where deep value and lasting transformation lies. However, for some clients shorter term work can offer valuable insight and can act as a catalyst for change.
I work in Bradford-on-Avon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Bath on a Thursday.

Individual: Weekly in person psychotherapy in Bath and Bradford-on-Avon | £35 |
I am in the fifth year of training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (accredited by Middlesex University). My training is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of approaches including: person-centred, psychoanalysis, relational and body focused psychotherapy. As a trainee I have regular supervision of my work from an experienced, qualified psychotherapist with additional training in supervision. Issues that I have a particular interest in include: disordered eating, nervous system regulation, grief, shame, and healing after sexual abuse. As is true of perhaps all psychotherapists with my training, I have a deep interest in how our childhoods affect who we become as adults.
