I am a UKCP registered humanistic and integrative psychotherapist in training. I offer in-person psychotherapy for adults in Bristol and Bath.
We can all find ourselves confused and in pain at times. This may be when we are struggling with relationships, we're stuck in repeated cycles of behaviour, or when we are striving to find meaning in life.
Psychotherapy can help you gain a better understanding of the issues that may be troubling you, through expressing and reflecting on your feelings in a supportive and relational space.
I aim to provide a compassionate and trusting therapeutic environment where we can explore your difficult emotions, current circumstances and relationship patterns. I draw upon a range of theoretical approaches to suit the uniqueness of each client and work collaboratively with curiosity, empathy and without judgment.
This process may be hard at times, and it will take time for trust to build between us. Through this evolving therapeutic relationship and with your growing self-awareness and acceptance, we will explore together how you may approach life's challenges with greater resilience and with the possibility for change.
I am working towards an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC).
I charge £40 per weekly 50-minute session. For more information, please visit my website Justine Williams Psychotherapy – Psychotherapist in Bristol and Bath
