When we are struggling, whether we can describe what is causing us to struggle or not, psychotherapy can help. Exploring our pain, frustrations, fears and hopes in a therapeutic relationship can lead us to new understanding, acceptance, attitudes and ways of being.
I offer a confidential space to explore your problems and concerns with curiosity and warmth, and at a pace of your choosing. As a psychotherapist in training, I draw on a range of psychological theory in my work but believe that, first and foremost, you are the expert on yourself. I will offer you a different perspective but won't give advice, diagnose your problems or tell you what to do.
My clinical work is supported by Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, where I am completing an MA. I am supported by a qualified supervisor and registered with the UKCP.
I practice in central Bristol and central Cardiff and charge £35 for a 50 minute session. For more information, visit my website using the link on the left. Or contact me for a no-obligation introductory session, after which we can decide whether to work together.
