When we are struggling, whether we can describe what is causing us to struggle or not, psychotherapy can help. Exploring our pain, frustrations, fears and hopes in a therapeutic relationship can lead us to new understanding, acceptance, attitudes and ways of being.
I offer a confidential space to explore your problems and concerns with curiosity and warmth, and at a pace of your choosing. Patterns we form to stay safe in, and navigate our early life environments can affect the way we are in the world and in our relationships today. I will work with you to find and examine these patterns and to process the often painful and traumatic life events that have led to them. This can be a difficult process and will involve challenge from me. It can take time and be painful. I offer sustained change born of deep examination of your lived experience, not quick fixes.
I am registered with the UKCP.
I practice in central Bristol and Cardiff.
My practice is currently full. I plan to open more spaces in September 2026 at £55 per session. Please contact me for availability.
For more information, visit my website using the link on the left. Or contact me for a no-obligation introductory session, after which we can decide whether to work together.
