I am at the end of my counselling training and offering low cost, face to face and online counselling to adults in Bristol.
I am a member of the BACP and my approach is warm, honest and collaborative. My training is integrative and person centred.
My aim is to work with you to build safety and trust, so you feel valued and respected.
I believe that everyone deserves and can benefit from therapy and that everyone has the potential for growth and healing.
Therapy can be transformative and I am here to help in your process of coming to terms with things, so that you can become more you. I advocate for everybody's right to be who they are and who they want to be.
I welcome people from the LGBTQIA* community, as well as those of us who are neurodiverse. I am sex positive and prioritise inclusivity. Additionally, discussing polyamory with me is both welcomed and safe.
