I offer individual counselling sessions for adults. I'm based in Ashton Keynes, easily accessible from Cirencester, Swindon, Cricklade, Malmesbury. I also do a lot of work online.
If you’re feeling upset or confused, or something difficult is happening in your life, it can help to talk to someone who isn’t directly involved.
I can help with big life events or transitions (career change, retirement); bereavement, illness or loss; feeling depressed, anxious, confused or stuck; relationship problems; difficulties stemming from childhood experiences. Counselling can help you to feel more in control of your life; and more confident to make changes in yourself, your life, your relationships. I work with adults of all ages.
I work privately from a home office in Ashton Keynes (SN6), and online. Until recently I worked for We Hear You (offering counselling for people affected by cancer and life changing illness) and Cotswold Counselling.
My approach is to offer a safe space where you can explore what is happening for you, openly and without judgement. Together we can identify the issues, patterns or relationships that might be causing you distress; look at the influence of past experience on what is happening now; consider any changes that you may want to make and examine what gets in the way. I see it as a joint exploration, rather than me telling you what to do.
Individual sessions are weekly, for 50 minutes, and cost £50.
Couple counselling is £85 for an hour-long session.
Individual: | £50 |
