UKCP qualified Psychotherapist in Weston, Bath - working with 18+ adults. Relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma are some of the many issues which I can help you with.

I'm based in Weston near the RUH, and there is free onstreet parking. I offer one to one private psychotherapy, working in a humanistic and person centred way.

I am qualified in EMDR which is particularly useful for trauma.

I am also employed as a NHS Specialist Psychotherapist at the Royal United Hospital in Bath, working with people who have long term chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia and I have particular experience in this area.

Therapy with me will involve an introductory session for us to meet and see if you feel comfortable talking to me.  After that we will together decide a plan of weekly 50 minute sessions based on what you need.  Sessions are completely confidential and are friendly, non-judgemental and welcoming.
