Complaints

All BCPC trainees and graduates work to strict Ethical Principles and Codes of Ethics. Any member of the public wishing to view these can visit the About Us page and download a pdf.

Any member of the public wishing to lodge a complaint should download the Complaints and Grievances procedures and address their concerns in writing to The Chair of Standards and Ethics, c/o the Executive Director at our registered address. You can find our Appeals Procedure here.
