All BCPC trainees and graduates work to strict Ethical Principles and Codes of Ethics. Any member of the public wishing to view these may request details from the office.

Any member of the public wishing to lodge a complaint should ask for a copy of the Complaints Procedure and address their concerns in writing to The Chair of Standards and Ethics, c/o the General Manager at our registered address.
